Saint-Vincent  is:

  • 20 mins from Breuil Cervinia by car, one of the biggest skiing resorts of the Alps, in front of the Cervino (Matterhorn). You can ski down to Zermatt (Switzerland) or reach Valtournanche crossing the Cime Bianche mountain pass.
  • 20 mins from Torgnon or Chamois by car where skiing is also beautiful because of the extraordinary panoramas. Both resorts have “snow parks” for kids.
  • 15 mins from Colle di Joux by car, in the Saint-Vincent territory, a small skiing resort ideal for families with nice slopes, good restaurants, a snow park for kids and a sun-bathing area.
25 mins from the Aosta cable-car to Pila.
  • 35 mins from Courmayeur by car (on the motorway) to ski in front of Mont Blanc.
  • 40 mins from Champoluc, resort linked up with Gressoney and Alagna in Valsesia, a various and extraordinary place for skiing.
  • 45 mins from La Thuile linked up with La Rosière, in France.

If the weather is not favourable? You can visit the Forte di Bard, the numerous castles or Aosta roman monuments.

Or you can choose to visit Torino: the Reggia di Venaria, the Cinema Museum, the Mole Antonelliana or the Egyptian Museum (the second most important in the world after  Cairo).
